Saturn Retrograde Dates:
2019: April 30 – September 18 (20° to 13° Capricorn)
2020: May 10 to September 29 (01° Aquarius to 25° Capricorn)
Saturn is viewed as a strict, restrictive planet that can be dish out tough lessons, but these lessons are all for our personal development and teaches us about responsibility.
When Saturn goes retrograde, we can review our responsibilities and see errors in our previous ways and even years.
We may finally learn the lessons that we were meant to learn long ago (better late than never!) and we can finally take responsibility and make changes to better ourselves and our future.
Saturn retrograde asks us to take stock of what we’re responsible for, what we’ve been curtailing or avoiding, slacking or otherwise not doing our part to do better or be more responsible.
During this retrograde, it may not be uncommon to finally catch a break or have an opportunity come up that can finally help you out of a situation.
Saturn retrograde can give you a chance to get more organized, become more responsible or be accountable for something without having a harsh wake-up call.
Instead these opportunities that Saturn retrograde can bring may be ones that allow you to climb back up again without difficulty or finally take responsibility for something without having criticism, but rather encouragement for finally stepping up.
Retrogrades can bring second chances to do things over or to start again or pick up where you’ve left off and have the chance to do better the second time around.
