The wheels are in motion. This can be a time of a little uncertainty of what's coming next, but this will also mean having to step up and move forward to keep the momentum. ~•~ If you've been waiting for a new opportunity or a chance to move ahead, this will be it. As we get further into February, this can be an opportunity that may put us in a new direction or course. ~•~ The road may be a little bumpy along the way, but we mustn't let any setbacks deter us from doing what we need to do next. ~•~ As The Wheel of Fortune is associated with Jupiter and Jupiter is now in Sagittarius, this means we have the energy we need to make changes and bring opportunities that we want. But it takes work and motivation. ~•~ For many, the beginning of 2019 was off to a rough start. Even though Jupiter is optimistic, he can make us overly optimistic so much so that we get disappointed and discouraged when things don't go as planned or hoped for. ~•~ But now that we're in the 2nd month of 2019, the wheel is getting unstuck and slowly we can begin to move ahead. ~•~ This may result in a sudden jolt in momentum, but it's up to us to keep it going and to keep up. ~•~ Through it all, just keep saying to yourself "I can do this." ~•~ Card image from The Moonchild Tarot by Danielle Noel. If we can learn to read tarot for ourselves, why should we still get readings from other readers? It's simple. Sometimes we receive, process and really hear what we need to hear when other people say it. ~•~ We can remind ourselves to do things, hear from Spirit what we need to do or should do, but often we postpone, delay or shrug it off. Sometimes we don't remember what we say or write in our own divination readings. ~•~ But when we hear a message from someone that we like, admire and trust, the message sticks out much more and clearer. We have better memory of it and we can remind ourselves "he/she/they said [...]" and we can reflect on it better. ~•~ This isn't just meant about readings (divination and psychic). The psychology is that we often remember more what others said and most importantly how they made us feel, that can really prompt change within ourselves. ~•~ Spirit guides are always communicating with us and even when we have a strong connection with our guides or even loved ones in spirit, sometimes we need someone else to really grab our attention and get us out of our own "head", thoughts and feelings and reflect the messages that we didn't really pay the most attention to. ~•~ While it's good to learn some form of divination, practice psychic abilities, communicate with spirits and loved ones in spirit on our own, we still need fellow readers to give us a different perspective and help us hear messages that we may have ignored or thought weren't important enough. That's when spirit gets another person to really drive home the message and make it clear. ~•~ Other readers will also open us to new meanings, interpretations, seeing cards or symbolism in a whole new light and perspective. Tarot, psychic and mediumship readers are part of a growing community to share and learn from. ~•~ As much as it is a personal journey to learn divination, no reader can nor should go it alone. We are all part of a community. We can't always heal ourselves alone nor should we. What whispers do you hear from Spirit? What subtle nudges are you getting from you getting from your higher self? ~•~ The High Priestess reminds us that the mysteries of the other side are often shrouded, that messages are often felt and expressed beyond words. To explain it in words sometimes lessens the profound meaning behind the symbolism and unspoken energy. ~•~ The High Priestess speaks of these mysteries, "I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you." So often when we get messages from Spirit, we often ask "what does that mean?" ~•~ We may end up going to medium and other psychics/intuitive trying to get insight into a sign or message, and sometimes we may find the answer. But still, only ourselves can truly understand the message that is solely meant for each of us. ~•~ Look within for what you seek, ask yourself the questions you need to know. Follow the subtle feelings and answers. Let it grow. Soon the messages will get louder that you can not ignore. Did you get off to a good start today? Do you have quite a few responsibilities to take care of today? ~•~ The 2 of Pentacles says you can do it, but it's going to take effort and a bit of a balancing act. ~•~ Unlike the 10 of Wands, although you may feel a bit frazzled, what you need to do isn't as much as you think it is and can get done. ~•~ Take your time and plan your time well. Take breaks if you need to in between. Go at a slower pace if you must. Make a list of all the you need to do today and do a little of each thing until it's all done. ~•~ This can mean balancing work, family, relationships, health, responsibilities all at once but remember: even though most of us like to think we can multitask, we technically can only do one thing well at a time - but we can switch between tasks and go back and forth. ~•~ Focus on one thing, then switch to another. Keep track also somehow so you don't lose your place or thoughts of where you are in the task. ~•~ But remember this too: have fun with it. Keep spirits up despite do much responsibilities. Listen to music. Take a break to read a book, watch TV or go outside (if you can) or play with your pets, kids or partner.
