If life has seemed like an emotional roller coaster lately, or if we’ve had our feathers ruffled a bit, we may feel like regaining our composure again.
Certain things may have caught us off guard recently, which now, we may be determined to not let it happen again.
What normally may get a rise out of us may simply roll off like water on a duck’s back.
If someone’s tries to stir up trouble or problems, we may choose to not get involved and instead carry on our way.
We may give the impression that we’re indifferent to the feelings, emotions or arguments of others, yet inside, the undercurrents of emotions run deep. However, all is calm on the surface.
We may feel like detaching ourselves from a situation, person or place, in order to stay in control of our own emotions and feelings.
If you or someone else seems detached, it may be a way to internalise and process the deep emotions felt within.
Interactions over the weekend may be fairly diplomatic with careful words chosen, instead of fueled by emotions that can often dictate behaviour.
We may be more conscious about the impression that we make on others, trying to put our best foot forward.
A lot may be left unsaid; we may choose to hold back and bite our tongues, rather than say the wrong thing in the heat of the moment.
Stay calm, cool and collected this weekend.
