Leading into the weekend, you may feel as though you have to balance two or more parts of your life, trying to give each part equal amount of attention and time.
This could concern work, family, relationships, school and/or friends which adjustments may be needed to balance your time and attention between two areas of your life.
This could also have a connection to money and managing finances.
As the holiday season is beginning and the month end is drawing near, we may find ourselves working to make sure everything is taken care of financially, pay bills, or move money around to cover everything. This may mean balancing the budget for the holidays or year-end or trying to juggling finances to make every dollar go just a bit farther.
While there may be events going on in one or more areas in your life and managing finances, you may feel that you are at the centre of it all to make sure everything stays balanced and in motion.
You may feel that finances are dependent on you or that other people are dependent on you, and this added responsibility (which may in any event have some kind of financial obligation) may cause added stress yet motivation for you to keep going, and therefore you may feel that you can’t “drop the ball,” so to speak.
Depending on your attitude or personality, if you like feeling responsible and in charge, if you like the added pressure to keep things “in the air and moving”, regardless of all the added pressure, keep in mind that you’re doing all these things – and you’re doing it well.
Don’t overthink too much or get caught in the moment where you realise and think,
“OMG. I’m actually doing all of this.”
Then the reality sets in and you could lose your concentration and momentum.
Keep going and doing what feels natural and instinctive to keep everything in balance, everything in motion, everything in harmony and working unison.
Keep going and know that you’re doing well at it.
Have a wonderful weekend!
