This week will be about giving a lending hand and knowing when to ask help for yourself. It could mean asking for help at work or at home in order to manage tasks, resources and money. It may be embarrassing to ask for assistance sometimes, however it’s better to ask when we need help than to suffer in silence because of it.
This could also mean making donations or receiving financial assistance if needed. For example, the terrible floods in Louisiana recently have left thousands to rebuild and start again. Donations can be made to the Red Cross at their website.
This may be a week to focus outwardly about what we can do to assist and help others, to focus on philanthropy and charity. Many of us struggle to make ends meet ourselves, so knowing when we need assistance also is just as important. Charity doesn’t always have to be through monetary means, and can also be through volunteer work in charitable organisations and clothing or furniture donations to places such as Goodwill or Value Village.
Wishing everyone a great week ahead!
