This month may be a realisation of dreams. The Nine of Cups is traditionally known as the “Wish Card”, so make your wishes, dream your dreams, set your goals and keep at it.
Difficulties can be overcome and success can be attained. Things may start to get easier and have more to show for it. If you have been working harder at the beginning of this year or this summer, you may be able to sit back for just a bit and take a look around to see what you have accomplished so far.
If you are too focused on what else you have to do, you might miss out on what you already have.
The Nine of Cups may be a granter of wishes, but not without a little work done by us in return. If you continue planning smartly and wisely, and know what you want to gain and achieve, the Nine of Cups lends its energies to help with success.
There’s also the adage, “be careful what you wish for, you may just get it.” If you have short-term or long-term goals, know exactly what you want and why you want it. Sometimes we can be fearful of getting what we want because of the added responsibility or pressures that come with it, such as success, fame, fortune, a dream job, etc. and we seize up from fear and anxiety.
The Nine of Cups energy for this month can bring success if you want and realisation of dreams. If it’s something you really want – and you know you want it – don’t let fear hold you back from something that can be really great; work out your fears and anxieties to find the root cause and take it step by step.
Think of the potential success that can come your way, not the fears that get in the way.
Physical well-being may improve, so continue to take care of yourselves. Self care is becoming more and more important these days.
Eat well, drink well, sleep well.
This could be a good month for banquets, get-togethers, dinner parties and functions with good food and drink.
Have an awesome August and Lughnasadh/Lammas!♥
